Book Review: Intuitive Eating

I bought this book years ago. I started reading it a few times, but never got through the whole thing. Life lately and why I made the choice to lose weight

I’ve had pretty constant lower back pain for the last 3 weeks; I thought it was just because I had slept on a bad mattress when we went away for the weekend. After 2 weeks I realized it wasn’t going away, and that I needed to get some help.
