Dealing with Imposter Syndrome

Hey there! 1 post in the last month… so far I’m crushing this blog stuff, right? I would say I’ll promise to do better, but let’s not kid ourselves. Why I don’t count calories

I’ve tried counting calories in the past. I always felt super optimistic as I entered my information into the app and it magically calculated the “appropriate” amount of calories that I need to eat every day. I would start strong for a few days or even weeks, and it would be great… until it’s not. Just like any other diet, it would eventually lose the appeal of its newness.
