Saying “goodbye” for now…

… to sugar. Yup, that’s right. I’m taking a break from added/processed sugars indefinitely, and I wanted to share this with you for a few reasons: 1) this is a wellness site, so obviously I want to share about my personal wellness journey, 2) I’m an Obliger Tendency, which means I need accountability and making a public statement will force me to be accountable to this choice outside of myself, and 3) because it may encourage others who decide they want to take a break from sugar themselves. I make it a point to not outwardly judge anyone’s dietary preferences, and for the most part it’s easy for me – keto, vegan, gluten free, whatever.
