Thanksgiving Recipe Roundup

thanksgiving recipes

oh hey there! Sorry I’ve been so absent recently, but I have had a lot going on at my “day job” and before I knew it, it was 3 weeks later! I wish I could say I promise to do better in the future, but that would probably be a lie. So, let’s just dive back into things today, just in time for the holidays!

Thanksgiving is probably the only time of year that I voluntarily eat turkey. There’s nothing wrong with turkey, it’s just not my favorite. However, when it’s covered in mashed potatoes and gravy it’s pretty dang tasty! Then, there’s the sides – green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and don’t forget the pies! Thanksgiving has something for everyone and I am here for it. Of course, Thanksgiving traditions can also come with obligations, stress, and baggage. I’m going to be posting later this week about surviving the holidays, but my short tip is this: you do you boo. Whether you’re avoiding gluten or avoiding your family, you can absolutely do so in a way that respects others and your needs/boundaries.

I don’t have many personal recipes for Thanksgiving, so I’ve curated a list of my favorite recipes from around the web to help you put some healthy, delicious dishes on your holiday table.
